Mr. Kirthley Maginley is a retired Airline and Hotel Marketing Executive with a wealth of experience in the local and regional tourism industry. He has worked with LIAT for twenty-seven (27) years and eleven (11) years within the hospitality sector. He holds a Diploma (honors) both in Marketing & Sales Management, and Hospitality Management, from the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA). Mr. Maginley has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and has facilitated the purchase and sale of some of the most beautiful and prime properties in Antigua & Barbuda during his tenure with the ABI Development Company; a subsidiary of the ABI Financial Group.
He is the co-founder and CEO of James & Maginley Ltd. As a consultant and facilitator of foreign direct investments into Antigua & Barbuda, he leverages his vast experience and local business knowledge to his clients’ benefit; many of whom are of high net worth. He is also a licensed agent of the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship Investment Program (CIP).
Mr. Maginley is a devout Christian and family man who has always been involved in community, civic and charitable pursuits. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Gilbert Agricultural and Rural Development Center (GARD Center), an NGO that seeks for the empowerment of underprivileged young men and unemployed women. He is also the Chairman of the James & Maginley Charity & Care Foundation and President of the Men’s Commission of the Methodist Church – Antigua Circuit. A passionate sports and cricket enthusiast, he is actively involved in local cricket and plays competitively for the St. Paul’s Cricket Club and the Antigua Masters Cricket Club.
