Being the daughter of a highly respected policeman and an esteemed nurse, Juliette’s skill for people management was cultured from birth. During her high school and college years, it was obvious to her educators that she would have a political or legal career. Yet, Juliette’s creative nature and love for communications steered her towards the path of business and public relations.
Through her love for her native land, and a growing need to promote the island’s tourism product, Juliette successfully founded and managed a leisure activity business sighted as a top 10 internationally rated “must do” on the island of Antigua.
She is a postgraduate of the University of the West Indies, having attained an Executive Diploma in Management and an MBA in Business Administration, where she proceeded to work in the fast-paced competitive banking and finance industry.
Juliette has over 13 years of banking experience and an astute ability for financial planning, strategic marketing and management. She holds a Principal’s License with the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE) through J&M Capital Ltd, a subsidiary of James & Maginley. She also holds a professional designation in compliance as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Juliette currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at James & Maginley. Through Juliette’s effective management, the firm has successfully brokered relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) clients, corporations, and government entities.
Living by the mantra: always be optimistic, Juliette finds absolute joy in composing stories and spending quality time with her children. She also enjoys Caribbean soca, classical piano music, board games and watching a great suspense thriller.
