Mr. Kirthley Maginley is a retired airline and hotel marketing executive with a wealth of experience in the local and regional tourism industry.He worked with LIAT for 27 years and 11 years in the hospitality sector. He holds a Diploma (Honors) in Marketing & Sales Management and Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA).
Mr. Maginley has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and has facilitated the purchase and sale of some of the most beautiful and prime properties in Antigua & Barbuda during his tenure with the ABI Development Company, a subsidiary of the ABI Financial Group.
He is the co-founder and CEO of James & Maginley. As a consultant and facilitator of foreign direct investments into Antigua & Barbuda, he leverages his vast experience and local business knowledge to his clients’ benefit, many of whom are of high net worth. He is also a licensed agent of the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship Investment Programme (CIP).
Mr. Maginley is a devout Christian and family man who has always been involved in community, civic and charitable pursuits.He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Gilbert Agricultural and Rural Development Center (GARD Center), an NGO that seeks to empower underprivileged young men and unemployed women.He is also the Chairman of the James & Maginley Charity & Care Foundation and President of the Men’s Group in the Methodist Church.
A cricket enthusiast, Mr. Maginley has played competitively for many years with the following cricket clubs: Bethesda, Falmouth, St. Paul’s and Masters.
