Casroy E. James, MBA

Mr. Casroy E. James has over two decades’ worth of experience working in various areas within the financial services industry. His experiences include commercial and investment banking, stock brokerage, asset management and investment advisory services.He has also held executive positions in United States-based securities and investment advisory firms.

As a business consultant, he advises a myriad of corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals from across the globe in the area of investment and financial management. He has also held multiple licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Association (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a registered securities professional. 

Mr James is a University of the West Indies MBA graduate. He held designations as a Certified Financial Planning professional CFP®, and a Certified Investment Management Analyst CIMA®. He also has postgraduate certificates in Financial Planning and Investment Management from Florida State University and the Wharton School of Business respectively. He is a former member of the Board of Directors at the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange and a current member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) in the State of Florida USA.

He is currently the Chairman of James & Maginley Ltd and its affiliated entities, James & Maginley Capital and James & Maginley Estates and Development and a Director of James & Maginley Charity and Care Foundation Inc.

Mr James is an avid lover of music and appreciates all genres with a penchant for traditional jazz and blues. Commitment to family and relationship building are deep core values that are personally held and promoted by him.
